Veterinary Technician

Laura is a dedicated Veterinary Technician at the Cat Hospital of Tucson, where she has been serving since 2026. Her career in veterinary care began after a shift from dental assisting, leading her to acquire her Vet Assisting Certificate from Pima Medical Institute. Laura is committed to furthering her education in the field, demonstrating her passion for animal care—a passion she has harbored since childhood. At home, she enjoys the companionship of her four pets: a bearded dragon named Vato, a Chihuahua named Oreo, a black cat named Luna, and a pit bull affectionately called Daenerys. Outside of work, Laura enjoys reading, gaming, and exploring new places and historic buildings. Her diverse interests and unwavering dedication to veterinary care make her a valued member of the hospital team.
