Customer Support Specialist – (she/her)

Monica serves as a Customer Support Specialist at the Cat Hospital of Tucson, where she has been a dedicated team member since March 2026. With over two decades of experience in the optical industry and a unique background in trucking school, Monica brings a wealth of diverse skills to her role. Her journey into veterinary care was inspired by the loss of her beloved pet, Roscoe, which led her to find solace and purpose working at the emergency hospital where he was treated. At home, Monica is a devoted pet parent to Strawberry, a Bernedoodle; Luna, a Shitzu; and Leia, a pit mix. In her personal time, she enjoys traveling, family gatherings, and expressing her creativity through arts and crafts, with a particular passion for restoring and painting frames and mirrors. Monica’s empathy and dedication ensure that every client interaction is handled with care and professionalism.
