Your Responsibilities:
- Provide skilled technical assistance in all areas of feline care, including examinations, treatments, surgery, and dentistry.
- Obtain and record patient histories, vital signs, and weights.
- Perform venipuncture, cystocentesis, and in-house laboratory procedures.
- Administer and monitor anesthesia, fluids, and medications.
- Assist with digital radiography.
- Educate clients on preventative care and product usage.
- Maintain accurate medical records and client communication.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree in Veterinary Technology preferred).
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Veterinary Technician or Assistant.
- Proficiency in handling, venipuncture, anesthesia, and dental/surgical procedures.
- Excellent communication, critical thinking, and client service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
