What You’ll Do:

  • Provide warm and welcoming customer service in person, via phone, and email.
  • Schedule appointments, manage records, and handle client inquiries with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Triage client concerns and communicate effectively with the veterinary team.
  • Process payments and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Assist with clerical duties and maintain a clean and organized reception area.

What We’re Looking For:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum 1 year of customer service experience (veterinary experience preferred).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Basic computer skills.  
  • Knowledge of basic veterinary medical terminology.
