What You’ll Do:
- Provide warm and welcoming customer service in person, via phone, and email.
- Schedule appointments, manage records, and handle client inquiries with accuracy and efficiency.
- Triage client concerns and communicate effectively with the veterinary team.
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records.
- Assist with clerical duties and maintain a clean and organized reception area.
What We’re Looking For:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience (veterinary experience preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Basic computer skills.
- Knowledge of basic veterinary medical terminology.
